1. What we collect

When you sign up we store your email address and an authentication record so you can sign back in. When you connect a third-party account (YouTube, Stripe), we store a refresh token granting MicroReelz limited access on your behalf. When you generate a video, we store the prompt, template, and rendering metadata (status, duration, file size, timestamps).

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your YouTube viewing history, subscriptions, comments, or any data outside of what is needed to upload a video you explicitly requested. We do not store passwords (auth is passwordless via magic-link). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or marketing networks.

3. Generated videos

Rendered MP4 files are stored on Vercel Blob with a one-hour TTL, then permanently deleted. Optional copies uploaded to your YouTube channel as "Unlisted" remain on your channel under your control — we have no ability to delete them on your behalf after upload.

4. Third-party services we use

  • Supabase — authentication + database
  • Vercel — hosting + Blob storage + DNS
  • Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card details)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • YouTube Data API — uploading to your channel with the scope you authorize
  • Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Pixabay — content generation

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@microreelz.com. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our refresh token. You can revoke MicroReelz access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics SDKs that follow you across the web.

7. Children

MicroReelz is intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, email support@microreelz.com and we will delete their account.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will email registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
