1. Acceptance
By creating a MicroReelz account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What MicroReelz does
MicroReelz generates short-form and long-form videos from text prompts using third-party AI models, royalty-free stock footage, and AI voice synthesis. Generated videos are delivered to you as MP4 files or uploaded to your YouTube channel (if you authorize it).
3. Your content + content ownership
You own the videos MicroReelz generates from your prompts. We claim no copyright over your output. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, your uploaded outputs, and your usage comply with applicable laws, the policies of platforms you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use MicroReelz to generate: child sexual abuse material, content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, content advocating violence against identifiable people or groups, content infringing third-party copyright or trademark, deepfakes of real people without consent, content designed to defraud or impersonate, or content otherwise violating applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. YouTube usage
If you connect your YouTube channel, you authorize MicroReelz to upload videos on your behalf with the scope you approve in the Google consent screen. You can revoke this access at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections. MicroReelz uses the YouTube API Services and your use is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Pricing + billing
Free tier: 1 video / day with watermark. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe with the price shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Service availability
MicroReelz is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rendered MP4 download links expire one hour after delivery; we are not responsible for files not retrieved before expiry.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroReelz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@microreelz.com. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes
If we materially change these Terms, we will email registered users at least 30 days before the change.
