My video failed to render — what happened?
Open your dashboard. The failed row shows the exact error. Common causes: ElevenLabs throttling (re-queue and it usually works second time), Pixabay missing visuals for an obscure topic. Email us if it keeps failing.
How do I disconnect YouTube?
Go to myaccount.google.com/connections and revoke MicroReelz. Or email us and we'll do it server-side.
My download link expired — can you re-send?
Download links live for 1 hour after rendering. After that, the file is deleted from our servers per our privacy policy. Re-render the video from the dashboard (free tier: 1 / day).
Delete my account
Email us with the address you signed up under. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days and confirm by email.
Refund
Email us. We will review case-by-case but generally do not refund partial months (per Terms).
